Professional network

The people I can introduce you to.

A home loan is rarely the only thing you need. Over the years I've built a network of professionals I trust, and I'm happy to connect you with them.

Builder

Building new or knocking down and rebuilding. Construction loans are paid out in stages, so the builder and the loan need to line up from the start.

Buyers agent

Someone on your side to find, assess and negotiate on a property, so you're not doing it alone at an auction or private sale.

Financial adviser

Super, investments, personal insurance and long-term planning. The advice that sits alongside your loan, and that a mortgage broker can't give.

Tax accountant

Tax returns, investment property deductions and business structures, plus the financials lenders ask self-employed borrowers for.

Conveyancer or solicitor

Contract and Section 32 review before you sign, and the legal side of getting to settlement.

Insurance broker

Home and contents, landlord and building insurance, often needed before a lender will settle.

Inspector or valuer

An independent building and pest inspection, or a valuation, so you know what you're buying before you commit.

How it works.

  1. Tell me what you need - use the enquiry form, or mention it when we talk.

  2. I introduce you personally - to someone I've worked with and who suits your situation.

  3. You deal with them directly - and whether you use them is entirely your choice.

I don't list names here because every introduction is personal. Who I suggest depends on what you're doing and where you are.

The professionals I refer to run their own independent businesses and are responsible for their own advice and services. There's no obligation to use anyone I introduce.

If I would receive any fee or benefit for an introduction, I'll tell you before you decide whether to go ahead.

Not sure who you need?

Tell me what you're planning and I'll point you in the right direction.
