Most people who put off talking to a broker do it because they do not know what they are signing up for. Here is the whole thing.

    30 minutes

    We talk about where you are, what you are trying to do, and what is actually possible. No documents needed yet, and no obligation at the end of it.

    Your options, compared

    2–3 days

    We compare structures and lenders across the panel against your real numbers, then walk you through the shortlist and why each one made it.

    Application, handled

    1–2 weeks

    We prepare and submit the application, deal with the lender, and chase what needs chasing. You hear from us at every stage, including when nothing has changed.

  4. 4

    Settlement, and after

    4–8 weeks total

    Your loan settles. We stay in touch and review it periodically, because the right loan today is not automatically the right loan in two years.
